When younger sister Jocelyn wanted to get away, big sis Alison insisted, "But I have a little sister!" Alison wanted to make sure her sister had a place in the photos!
Mom and Dad got involved, too.
It was a blast hanging out with this family, and maybe someday soon my little guy will get to play with these spirited little girls.

From Silent to Silly
I remember very well when Miss Mia wouldn't speak to anyone outside of her family (or maybe it was just me). Now, she and big brother Zachary, along with their fabulous parents and sweet tempered dog, Olive, are full of life, adventure, and lots of stories.

A Downtown Romp
We are lucky to have made friends in our church community. We are especially grateful that our son and Elora have built a sweet little toddler friendship. It was grand fun frolicking with Elora and her mom and watching the kiddos chase each other around downtown.

A Little Bit Country
We visited farm country over the holidays, and my son had an extraordinary time meeting (and riding!) horses as well as horsing around with Great-Grandpa. My heart is full with this boy's joy.

Longtime Love
Silly. Energetic. Vibrant. These words all describe Seth and Laura, two super fun people I have known for several years now (and my husband has known Laura since childhood). They make a great couple and always have fun together! We had fun playing around in the Napa Valley.

Banks of Love
While visiting family in Oklahoma, I had the opportunity to do a photo session with the adorable Banks family. We spent a little while at Myriad Gardens (Crystal Bridge) in Oklahoma City. This family has personality and then some, and it all starts with the love Brandy and Chad have for each other - seventeen years strong!

A Tale of Two Grandpas
We were fortunate to be on the coast at Thanksgiving with two sets of grandparents to entertain our son. Our dads and our son have an awesome bond, and these pictures both capture that.
The beauty of both of these photos is that neither is posed. These moments between a grandfather and grandson are completely authentic...nothing that I asked for, but something I was incredibly happy to capture.
